Legend Killers play the type of punchy, gritty rock ’n’
roll that breeds in obscure, dingy little pubs across Canada. It
is unapologetically raw and intense garage rock, a soundtrack
for bar fights between biker gangs. At one point on their EP,
Rattlesnake Beer, you can actually hear a glass shattering on

Fanzine Tapes "
Limited Edition of 1000 copies
The 10 What Wave compilation tapes featured no less than 257
songs! We were able to share the music we loved with the readers,
get some product out and give exposure to, some of our favourite
bands. At first, we asked bands that we liked and were raving about
in the zine to be on the tape. Pretty well everyone said yes, and sent
us a coupla songs for the tape. After we'd done a couple of tapes, the
ball started rolling and we started getting unsolicited tapes from
bands we'd never even heard of, most in the same genre of the stuff
we were writing about, although we did get the odd heavy metal tape
now and again. We hope you hear some stuff you've never heard
before and we can expose even more people to the sounds that we
love.
